Failure to make contact with the HDC by Monday 8th June, 2015 will result in the withdrawal of the offer for housing from the Corporation.

Floating museum above PoS jail

A major transformation of Port of Spain is proposed for the next five years.

PM makes election campaign promise of $100 homes

Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar says citizens who have been renting Housing Development Corporation’s (HDC) units for more than 30 years will be allowed to purchase those houses for a mere $100 if the People’s Partnership gets a second term in office.
