The Trinidad and Tobago Housing Development Corporation (HDC) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from Contractors, Land Developers, Engineering Firms, Architects, and/or other related Joint Ventures and Consortiums to enter into a Design-Build-Finance Public-Private Partnership Initiative for the delivery of its 2020 – 2025 Housing Construction Programme.
