The HDC continues to offer convenient ways to honour your monthly financial commitments.
If you normally make your mortgage, rental, Rent to Own (RTO), Licence to Occupy (LTO) payments directly to the HDC, you are asked to note the following payment options:
SurePay
You can visit any SurePay payment centre located at Massy Stores.
Cheque Deposit
You can deposit your payment (cheques only) in a deposit box which will be placed on the Ground Floor of the HDC Building, South Quay, Port of Spain.
Bank Transfer
You can send your payment directly to the HDC, via local wire transfer as follows:

If you decide to proceed with option #2 or #3, please ensure that your name, account number, mobile number and the type of payment, are clearly stated.
Receipts for option #2 will be provided once the payment has been processed and cleared by the bank.
