Mr. Newman George is currently the Chairman of the Board of the Trinidad and Tobago Housing Development Corporation (HDC). Prior to his appointment, he served on the Boards of the Chaguaramas Development Authority (CDA) and the Public Transport Service Corporation (PTSC). Mr. George has over thirty-five (35) years’ experience as a Civil Engineer in the local construction sector.
Mr. Brent Lyons was appointed Managing Director of the Trinidad and Tobago Housing Development Corporation (HDC) in April 2017 but has been employed at the Corporation for the past seven (7) years. Prior to his appointment, he served as Divisional Manager, Corporate Services and Managing Director (Ag). Mr. Lyons has over twenty (20) years’ executive and managerial experience in the public, oil, gas and tertiary education sectors.
Preston McQuilkin, Divisional Manager, Project Development & Oversight joined the HDC team in June 2017 and has over forty (40) years’ experience in the engineering and construction sectors. Preston is a graduate of The University of the West Indies with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Construction Engineering and Management. After graduating, Preston spent eighteen (18) years in the energy sector where he gained experience in both the maintenance and construction of projects. Prior to joining the HDC, Preston was a Consultant.
Romel Ramarack, Divisional Manager, Construction Management & Operations has over twelve (12) years’ experience covering project management, construction management, contract management and engineering design in the public and private sectors. He holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from The University of the West Indies and is also pursuing a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering at the same institution. Romel is a Chartered Engineer and Civil Engineer with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) and the Engineering Council (EC), United Kingdom. He is an International Professional Engineer (UK) under the Engineering Council (EC), United Kingdom and a Professional Engineer under the Association of Professional Engineers of Trinidad and Tobago (APETT).
Larry McDonald, Divisional Manager, Estate Management is the holder of a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of London and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (BSBA) from the American University, Washington DC, USA. In the six (6) years that Larry has worked at the HDC, he has served as Senior Project Manager as well as the Manager – Facilities and Maintenance. He is a (PMP) certified Project Manager with substantial experience in the construction industry, having significantly contributed to the operations of several construction organisations.
Kimberly Molligan, Divisional Manager, Legal graduated with Honours from The University of the West Indies and the Hugh Wooding Law School and was admitted to the Trinidad and Tobago Bar in 2007. Prior to joining the HDC, she served as the Group Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary to one of the largest regional manufacturing, investment and entertainment group of companies. She also worked as an Attorney-at- Law at two (2) of the leading law firms in Trinidad. Kimberly has appeared in and instructed Counsel in the High Court, the Court of Appeal, the Tax Appeal Board and the Industrial Court. She has a keen interest in public sector development and the implementation and management of effective policy to foster economic growth through a focus on the non-energy sectors in Trinidad and Tobago.
Vaughn Rondon, Divisional Manager, Procurement and Contract Management brings over twenty (20) years’ experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Management to the Corporation. Over the course of his career, he has established many successful procurement systems and procedures for the public, academic and financial sectors. Vaughn is a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) and has attained the MCIPS designation along with a Master of Science degree in Strategic Procurement Management from the University of South Wales.
Dominique Devenish, Divisional Manager, Finance is a Qualified Chartered Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certificate Accountants (ACCA). He holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialisation in Finance from the Manchester Business School and has over fifteen (15) years’ experience in accounts/finance in the insurance, asset/wealth management, banking, construction and public health sectors. Before joining the HDC in July 2017, Dominique held the position of the General Manager, Finance at the North West Regional Health Authority (NWRHA).
Bryan Jackson, Divisional Manager, Human Resources has been employed at the Corporation for the past seven (7) years and was previously the Manager,Training and Development and Divisional Manager, Corporate Services (Ag). Bryan has over thirty (30) years’ experience in the fields of training and development and human resource management in the public and private sectors, primarily in the oil and gas industry. He has a Master of Human Resource Management degree from the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business and is also certified to conduct Train the Trainer, Behavioural Safety Training and Accident Investigation programmes.
Jeremy Campbell, Divisional Manager, Corporate Services (Ag.) joined the HDC team in 2007 and has over twelve (12) years’ experience in corporate finance, business strategy, project management, and revenue generation. He joined the Corporation as a Management Trainee in 2007 and since then, has gained invaluable experience from working with various departments such as Allocations, Mortgage & Rental Administration and Social and Community Services. Jeremy is a graduate of The University of the West Indies and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a minor in Marketing and International Relations and two postgraduate degrees: an International Masters of Business Administration (IMBA) with a specialization in Oil & Gas from the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School Of Business and a Master of Science degree in International Business from Aston University, United Kingdom, where he was awarded a Tuition Scholarship. Jeremy is currently pursuing his Doctorate at the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business where he was awarded a partial scholarship. His dissertation is focused on the strategies to improve public housing locally, regionally and internationally.
