The Trinidad and Tobago Housing Development Corporation (HDC) reserves the right at its sole discretion to issue the HDC’s written consent to assign that shall be applied for. The issuance of a written consent by the HDC shall in no way be construedcted as a claim and/or declaration by the HDC in relation to the verification of the title to the leasehold premises being assigned being good and marketable nor in relation to any requisite statutory approvals (or lack thereof) for the leasehold premises and this written consent shall be executed by the HDC in reliance on the documents provided by the applicant and is specific for such purpose and the applicant hereto hereby indemnifies the HDC for any act and/or omission in relationto same.
