Housing Minister Randall Mitchell, presented keys to new homeowners of our recently completed Hilltop Villas Housing Community located at 6th Avenue, Malick, Barataria.
Homeowners received packages to two (2) bedrooms and three (3) bedrooms units, which also feature kitchen cabinetry and laundry facilities. The multi-storey compound ground floor units accommodate differently-abled individuals.
The Presentation of Keys Ceremony took place Wednesday 24th May, 2017 at HDC Head Office, Port-of-Spain.
In the feature address, Minister Mitchell mentioned a shift in the HDC Housing Policy which will lead to an increase in our rental stock.
The event was also attended by: Rasheedali Mohammed, Deputy Chairman – HDC; Marion Hayes, Permanent Secretary (Ag.) in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development
