Trestrail Lands is a dynamic address that is located south of the Arima Old Road and east of the La Resource Road. This project will provide nine hundred and thirty six (936) units and consists of a mix of single family, townhouse and apartment units with requisite infrastructure. Work on this development started in May 2014 but was suspended during the period June 2016 to May 2017. Since its recommencement, one hundred (100) single family units have been completed. This development is expected to provide a unique suburban lifestyle where residents will find everything that they need to live, work and enjoy their leisure time.
