The Trinidad and Tobago Housing Development Corporation (HDC) refutes claims made by Member of Parliament (MP) for Oropouche East Dr. Roodal Moonilal, on September 8 2024, that HDC’s Chairman Noel Garcia signed contracts and issued payments to Rose Capital Investment Limited (Ltd) in the sum of $4.8 million, an alleged increase from $3.7 million.

The Trinidad and Tobago Housing Development Corporation (HDC) plans to construct new, concrete, waste management bins at Powder Magazine Phase Two for the disposal of household garbage. Construction on the new bins are expected to begin on Monday August 5, 2024.
