Carlsen Field
The Cashew Gardens Housing development comprises of three (3) phases. Phases 1 and 2 have been completed and handed over to the HDC. Phase 3 is ongoing.
Phase 3 development was broken into five (5) phases as follows:
• Phase 1 – Consist of 91 Single Family Units, 1 Duplex and 8 Townhouse totalling 185 units
• Phase 2 – Consist of 117 Single Family Units, 8 Townhouse totalling 123 units
• Phase 3 – Consist of 65 Single Family Units, 16 Townhouse totalling 129 units
• Phase 4 – Consist of 120 Single Family Units, totalling 98
• Phase 5 – Consist of 24 Single Family Units, 31 Duplex and 8 Townhouse totalling 118 units

The Cashew Gardens Housing Development is situated on 43 hectares of land on which 701 units are to be completed.
