The Mahogany Court Housing Development is situated on 2.41 hectares (5.96 acres) of land on which 160 apartments are to be completed.
Mahogany Court is divided into:
Four – 8 Storey buildings with 120 three (3) bedroom apartments and 40 (2) bedroom apartments.
