Effective Monday July 26, HDC clients who reside in communities in central and south Trinidad can access key services at the San Fernando Regional Office and won’t have to visit the Head Office in Port of Spain. Clients can now access services related to allocation, sales, mortgage conversions, social and community services, rental administration, debt consolidation and recoveries.
