The HDC and UDeCOTT will soon embark on a project which aims to change the face of East PoS. On July 05, the HDC and UDeCOTT hosted a consultation with residents of East Port of Spain about an initiative to revitalise the urban spaces at Piccadilly and Besson Streets.
